Gratitude to Matt Ditch and Ditch Farms for Their Generosity

Earlier today, we at the Center Point Legion wanted to give a more personalized thank you to Matt Ditch and Ditch Farms. Matt and his family have been absolutely incredible in their generosity to us. Their generosity enables us to return so much to the community. When we sponsor CPU and Alburnett Archery Clubs, donate to the local food pantry, sponsor youth activities, and plan events and fundraisers, their generosity touches most of what we do.

For instance, when they donate 2 hogs, we have 4 halves to raffle off during the yearly Pork Days celebration in town. The Hog raffle each year is the springboard in assisting our nonprofit to raise funds and give back. A plaque thanking him and his family, while being minimal in comparison to what he does for us, we wanted them to know, and now the community to know, how much they are appreciated.

As I've stated in many things we do, we as a Legion are only as strong as the community we serve, and with individuals like them and others, we are a strong Legion in a strong community. Thank you, Matt, Melissa, the entire family, all of Ditch Farms!
